• Services are performed at the customer’s designated location, provided the area is safe and accessible
• We do not service vehicles in unsafe locations or conditions that pose risk to our technicians
• Certain repairs may not be possible on-site and may require shop service referral
• We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage unrelated to our services

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted before service begins
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash
• Additional charges may apply for after-hours service, premium tire sizes, or specialized vehicles

6. Warranty and Liability

• Tire installation services carry a limited workmanship warranty
• We are not liable for manufacturer defects in tires or parts supplied by the customer
• Maximum liability is limited to the cost of services rendered
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible location with adequate working space
• Provide accurate information about tire specifications and vehicle condition
• Disclose any modifications or special requirements
• Be present or available during the scheduled service window

8. Tire Storage and Disposal

• Old tires will be removed and disposed of responsibly unless otherwise requested
• We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive tire disposal
